“ Very delicious pizza! Exactly the way Cassano's prefers to make it! Vic Cassano would be proud of everybody who works in that location. My dad used to hang around with Vic and his wife in the 1950s. Our family members are loyal Cassano's customers for decades. But not all of the Cassano's locations make it tastes exactly the way you're used to tasting it from the 1960s. The Tipp City store makes it perfectly! The two people who were on duty that day were very nice. The restaurant is very clean. And the area where you need your condiments and your utensils was fully stocked. ”
“ Love Cassano's. Food is always fresh and made to order. Never had a problem at this location. ******FOLLOW UP****** Stopped here before work a few days later (12 hour shift) and ordered via call center in plenty of time. I ordered a 10" italian and garden salad. While waiting, a guy in the back was heard talking about a sub that he put pizza sauce on cause he forgot an Italian did not get sauce. By the way, he was conversing with the female manager. I was hoping it wasnt mine. In a hurry, I paid and left. Opened my sub... they scraped most of the pizza sauce off but left enough to make it more obvious and put no lettuce on my sub (gross). Once youve made a mistake why wouldnt you remake it? Whats worse? Scraping sauce off before or after it was cooked? Not having time, I called the call center. This guy told me to save 75% of my sub and I had 24 hours to return it. Never mind, they screwed my sub up. So, had I done that, Id gotten 25% of a free messed up sub. With this being said, we have been loyal customers and I have NO intentions of returning to Cassanos. Busy or not, this was just wrong!!! Oh salad had wilted lettuce and a few tomatoes. ”
“ Standard small pizza parlor with a handful of seats. Surprisingly much better than I remembered. Never been a fan of this chain, but today this pizza was perfect. So this may be a go-to pizza place. Pricey, very pricey, but worth it! Very happy with the Cheese Pounder with a few toppings added. The donkey was a bit freaked out by the anchovies, so his eyes were covered. But I enjoyed the Super Cheese with anchovies, onions, and black olives. And like that they are open late. Hard to find things open late in this town. Hoping every time is as flavorful and crisp as this time! I shall return when a pizza craving happens again. ”
“ I have loved this pizza my whole life every time I come home from vacation or other issues I get a pizza and always great. The young lady at the Tipp store is always so sweet and nice. She makes me feel like we known each other for years. I don’t know her name but she is expecting soon. I hope the company takes really good care of her. People like her are hard to find. ”
“ Absolutely my favorite pizza! However the Troy store has had the worst customer service that I have ever seen or been victim of. Two of the employees have blamed their boss for them being in a bad mood. It just reminded me of high school.....drama, drama, and drama!! ”
